stm32f3 - stm32f303k8 ADC value is between 27 to 112 instead to 4095

I have stm32f303k8 and I am reading now ADC values. But values are so small. Between 27 to 112 instead to 4095. Any idea why?

Can be because I am debugging with USB port and STM32 is only connected to USB. Has enough power?
